A part of Recolitus daily activities is fixing our unmanaged clients’ problems. These Break Fix services involve dispatching a qualified, trained and courteous technician to an end user’s location to investigate and solve hardware problems. We have earned their trust as a Break Fix partner because we execute on the basic principles of service: competent and courteous technicians arriving onsite, when expected, and completing the repair to the customer’s satisfaction.

Since clients have varying service level needs, we’ve structured our delivery organization to maximize response and resolution times, while also optimizing technician productivity. Recolitus offers the following specific Break Fix Service models to better serve our customers' needs:

Break Fix – Enterprise Technicians: Primarily for corporate, retail and campus-based onsite service, our Enterprise Technicians will be dispatched to your location to repair desktop, laptop/netbook, printer, server, network device, or satellite networking systems. Our Enterprise Technicians support customers requiring high availability (24x7) services and onsite responses on a 1, 2 hour or same-day basis. 

Break Fix – Client Technicians:
Primarily for in-home and small office/home office (SOHO) onsite service, our Client Technicians are dispatched to homes and offices to repair desktops, laptops/netbooks, printers, wireless access devices. Our Client Technicians support customers who request service Monday through Friday, and offer onsite responses on a 4 hour or next-business-day basis.
